I have a Samsung washer and dryer and Lane’s was the only place that said they serviced Samsung. They checked the dryer and found that the thermister needed to be replaced. Lanes’ technician scheduled the service visit within the day of my call. Fixed my dryer so I could get back to drying clothes for four kids 13 and under, and then fixed my fridge ice-maker as well. The cost was under $200 and I was breathing a sigh of relief. Two months later I needed Lanes again. They came out quickly and fixed my microwave and the cost was reasonable. Technician arrived ahead of schedule (after calling to see if that was OK) and immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem.
