Jeremy Davis is the owner of Lane’s Appliance Repair. He grew up in Lansing as the youngest of four boys and graduated from Lansing Eastern High school. He resides in Williamston with his wife and children. Jeremy became a partner with Lane’s Repair in 2008 and took over ownership of the family business in 2012 when his father in-law and company founder retired. Jeremy has a true passion for hands-on trouble shooting and customer satisfaction. He especially enjoys his interaction with all of his customers. In his free time Jeremy enjoys running, biking, camping, watching documentaries and most of all, spending time with his wife and kids.
Meghan Crooks is one of our customer service representatives and she also manages our parts ordering. She started with Lane’s Appliance Repair in 2016. She grew up in Grand Ledge and graduated from Grand Ledge High School in 2010. Meghan attended Lansing Community College from 2010-2012 and completed her Associate’s Degree in Psychology, she then went on to attend Central Michigan University from 2013-2015 and completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. She hopes to someday work in social work/foster care. In her spare time, she likes to spend time with her two dogs and playing video games with her husband Andy.
Walter Grace has been a home service professional for over 20 years. He has a wide range of experience in the repair and maintenance fields including HVAC, automotive and of course, home appliances. Walter joined Lane’s Appliance Repair in April 2014. He resides in Grand Ledge with his wife to whom he has been married since 1994 and is the proud father of two boys. Some of Walter’s hobbies include writing, camping and coaching sports.
Brian Davis joined Lane’s Appliance Repair in August 2014. He has worked for authorized appliance repair companies for more than a decade. He also worked the sales desk at an appliance parts store for 10 years before becoming a service technician, so he knows both sides of the business. Brian was born in Saginaw MI and grew up in Williamston where he was one of six siblings, graduating from Williamston High School. He still resides in Williamston and is a proud uncle of 5 nephews and 6 nieces, whom he enjoys cheering on in their various sporting events. In his spare time Brian likes to help out in his friend’s collectible comic book store in Lansing.
Andy Verran joined our team as a service technician in 2016. He started in the field as an appliance repair technician in 2013. He grew up in the Lansing area along with his two sisters and brother and graduated from Grand Ledge High School. He currently resides in Lansing with his fiancé Meghan and they plan to get married in 2018. In his spare time, Andy enjoys playing video games, watching hockey and playing hockey.
Steve Knabenshue began his career as an appliance technician in 1999. He joined Lane’s Appliance Repair in 2017. Steve grew up in Holt, MI and now lives in Onondaga with his 3 children and wife to whom he has been married for over 20 years. In his spare time Steve enjoys spending time with his family, outdoor activities, watching football, and going to Lake Michigan.
